If the patient does not want to have them very bigger, it is possible to enlarge the breasts a certain amount with fat injection, provided that the patient has excess fat around belly or waist to be extracted. In this way, patient both gets rid of the excess fat, and have bigger breasts. It can be repeated as a second session 1 year after.

After the procedure, there is no scar left in the fat extracted area, nor in the injected area. Patient may have slight swelling and edema in the first few days which is very normal. After 1 week all the swelling will disappear. We have to wait for 6 months to see the final results. Why? Because a certain amount of injected fat will be burnt and absorbed by the body. After 6 months, the amount of fat left in the injected area will be permanent.
